The Dormant Account Claim Form can be submitted by email to UlydienTrustCompany@Ulydien.com or by post to Dormant Reclaims,  Ulydien DAC, 11-16 Donegall Square East, Belfast, BT1 5UB.

When submitting the claim form, you will be required to provide certified photographic identification and address verification. You may need to provide supporting documentation depending on your circumstances, which we will advise you of.

If you are the holder of an uncashed Bank Draft issued by Ulster Bank Ireland DAC it can no longer be processed.  Any credit balances held from your uncashed domestic Bank Draft issued by Ulster Bank have now been successfully transferred to Ulydien Trust. You can order a copy statement or a transaction history list on your personal account by calling our Customer Support Team on 0818 210 260 (00353 1804 7475 if calling from abroad), lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays or by submitting the Customer Request and Query Form, click here.

• The copy statement or transaction history list will be sent to the address we hold on record for you. If you need to check that we have the correct mailing address, please contact our Customer Support Team on 0818 210 260 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays) to discuss.
• There is no fee to request a copy statement or transaction history list after you close an account
• The maximum period you can order a copy statement or transaction history list is 7 years. If you require a copy statement you will need to have the following information to hand;

                Statement Dates required

                Recorded Address on Bank account

A business may trade under a different business name. 

If you are still not sure, submit your query through our online form. You will receive confirmation with a reference number, and a member of the team will investigate and respond accordingly.

Fraud is suspicious activity on your account that you didn't know about and didn't authorise.

Examples include:

• unauthorised use of your credit or debit card.
• someone accesses your account without you knowing (bank account takeover).
• identity theft - a fraudster uses your details to open accounts in your name.

A scam involves you making or authorising the payment yourself (commonly known as push-payment fraud). You're persuaded to buy a fake item, hand over your security code, or transfer a sum of money, not realising you're being conned by a criminal.

Examples include:

• instructions to transfer money to another account (e.g. a 'safe account').
• fake investment opportunities.
• requests for money from a scammer who has befriended you or struck up a romance online.
• 'too good to be true' deals that must be paid for by bank transfer.

It is important to note the following from our Terms and Conditions: 

On becoming aware of non-executed or incorrectly executed transactions you must provide details of your claim no later than 13 months after the debit date. If we do not receive details of your claim within this time period, we are not obliged to consider your claim.
